Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with House of Kynetic.
1. Agreement
By submitting a quote request, placing an order, or using the House of Kynetic website (houseofkynetic.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all orders, services, and transactions with House of Kynetic ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Custom Orders & Minimums
All products are custom-made to order. The minimum order quantity is 10 pieces per style. A jersey and a shorts order are each treated as separate styles with their own minimum. Orders below the minimum may be declined or subject to a small-run surcharge at our discretion.
3. Design Approval & Production
Production does not begin until the client has provided written approval of the final design proof. The production timeline of 2–3 weeks begins from the date of design approval, not from the date the quote or deposit is received. Any changes requested after design approval may result in additional fees or delays. House of Kynetic is not responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork, text, names, or numbers approved by the client.
4. Payment
Payment terms will be outlined in your quote. Production will not begin until required payment has been received. Accepted payment methods will be specified at time of invoicing. Prices are subject to change without notice until a written quote has been issued.
5. No Refunds — All Sales Final
Because all products are custom-manufactured to your specifications, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on custom orders. In the event of a verified production defect on our part, we will replace the defective item(s) at no additional cost. Claims for defects must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos.
6. Color Accuracy
Colors displayed on screen may vary from printed or embroidered results due to differences in monitor calibration and printing processes. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee an exact match to on-screen colors. Pantone or specific color codes should be provided at time of order for the closest possible match.
7. Intellectual Property
By submitting logos, artwork, or designs, you represent that you have the right to use them and that their use does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. House of Kynetic is not liable for any claims arising from customer-supplied artwork. House of Kynetic retains the right to photograph and display completed orders in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing prior to production.
8. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to all 50 US states. Shipping costs and estimated delivery dates will be provided in your quote. House of Kynetic is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to the client upon delivery to the carrier.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, House of Kynetic's total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
