At House of Kynetic, all products are custom-made to order based on each client’s unique design, sizing, and specifications.

Refunds & Cancellations

• A 50% deposit is required to begin production and is non-refundable once production has started.

• Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

• Orders cannot be canceled or refunded after design approval and production has begun.

 

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for:

• Incorrect sizes or quantities submitted by the client

• Approved designs, colors, names, or numbers

• Minor color variations due to screen or printing differences

• Delays caused by late approvals or incomplete information

 

Manufacturing Errors

If a manufacturing defect or error occurs on our end:

• The issue must be reported within 5 days of delivery

• Clear photos must be provided for review

• If approved, we will offer a reasonable resolution at our discretion
