Terms and Conditions

Welcome to House of Kynetic (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing our website or placing an order through email or website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Business Overview

  • House of Kynetic is a custom sportswear and athletic apparel brand based in Florida, USA, specializing in fully customized uniforms and team gear. All products are made to order.

2. Custom Orders & Design Approval

  • All products are custom-made based on client specifications.

  • A digital mockup will be provided for approval before production begins.

  • Once a design is approved and production has started, no changes can be made.

  • The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all design details including colors, logos, spelling, numbers, and sizes.

 

3. Payments & Order Confirmation

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production.

  • The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before the order is shipped.

  • Production will not start until the initial 50% payment is received.

  • Orders will not be shipped until the remaining balance is paid in full.

  • All payments are processed in USD ($) unless otherwise stated.

 

4. Production & Turnaround Time

  • Standard production time is typically 2–4 weeks after final design approval and receipt of the initial deposit.

  • Turnaround times are estimates and may vary due to order size, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Delays caused by late approvals, changes, or missing information from the client are not the responsibility of House of Kynetic.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timelines begin only after the remaining 50% balance is paid.

  • House of Kynetic is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

 

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once production has started.

  • No refunds or exchanges will be provided for:

    • Incorrect sizes ordered by the client

    • Approved designs

    • Minor color variations due to screen differences

  • Manufacturing defects must be reported within 5 days of delivery with supporting photos.

 

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • By placing an order, you agree to contact House of Kynetic directly before initiating any chargeback or dispute.

  • Chargebacks filed on approved custom orders may be contested with documented proof of design approval, payment terms, and communication history.

 

8. Intellectual Property

  • All mockups, layouts, and designs created by House of Kynetic remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Client-provided artwork remains the property of the client, who confirms they have the rights to use it.

 

9. Use of Images & Marketing

  • House of Kynetic may use product images or mockups for marketing and portfolio purposes unless the client opts out in writing before production begins.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

  • House of Kynetic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or services.

 

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
